The NAMA OneShow will be buzzing with new ideas, concepts, technologies, products and so much more. And we intend to celebrate innovation in our industry with the first-ever NAMA Innovation Awards. From new machine design to technology, packaging and so much more, NAMA believes in the importance of recognizing the people and ideas that are moving industry forward.

To qualify for a NAMA Innovation Award, entries must be submitted by Friday, March 19, 2010 and meet the following Criteria:

  • Company must be a current NAMA member.
  • Innovative product, service, program or process must address an unmet need for the industry,customer or consumer.
  • Innovation must be out of prototype design stage and into field testing or comparable testing and evaluation within 12 months of the entry (March of 2011).
  • Innovation must establish a real point of difference among competitors.
  • Innovation should advance the image of the industry.
  • The same product, service, program or process cannot be recognized over two years consecutively.
  • All entries will be screened for eligibility and other requirements by the NAMA Innovation Council.
  • Innovation Awards will be chosen by an independent judging panel comprised of innovation experts.
